The final episode is scheduled for release in the fall

The 14th compiled book volume of Daisuke Hiyama's Peter Grill and Philosopher's Time (Peter Grill to Kenja no Jikan) manga revealed on April 11 that the series will end with the release of the 15th volume in the fall.

The anime's first season premiered in July 2020. Sentai Filmworks licensed the series for home video and digital release, and HIDIVE and Crunchyroll both streamed the anime as it aired. HIDIVE also streamed the English dub. Sentai Filmworks released the anime on Blu-ray in October 2021 and describes the story:

Peter Grill is the strongest warrior in the world, but his rise to the top has an unexpected consequence: Women around the world, both human and monster, want to give birth to physically superior children. your genetics! Since he's currently engaged to the love of his life, Peter isn't too concerned about his sudden fame, and how much self-control Peter will have to keep himself and his relationship under wraps. with his lover in One Piece. Peter Grill and the Philosopher's Time-Super Extra (Peter Grill to Kenja no Jikan Super Extra), the second anime television season of the series, premiered in Japan on October 2022. Sentai Filmworks licensed the anime and stream on HIDIVE.

Hiyama launched the manga in Futabasha's Manga Action magazine in July 2017. Seven Seas Entertainment licensed the manga.
