Appearing at Sony's State of Play 2024 event, the game Stellar Blade immediately received the attention of the gaming community. Besides attractive content and engaging gameplay, Stellar Blade also leaves a deep impression with the hot appearance of the female main character – Eve.

According to a revelation from Mr. Kim Hyung Tae – director in charge of the game, Eve was built based on the prototype of famous Korean KOL – Shin Jae-eun. Instead of building a model of the main character from scratch, developer Shift Up used a full 3D digital scan of Korean model, Shin Jae-eun.

Technology that uses digital scanning of real people is becoming increasingly popular in AAA video games. For example, in the blockbuster Yakuza: Like a Dragon, the developer also used similar technology to convert images of real-life actors into digital scans in the game. Returning to Stellar Blade, fans praised Eve's realistic resemblance to Shin Jae-eun, a testament to the effectiveness of this technology.
