The WIXOSS multimedia franchise received an anime PV/sequel, titled selector loth WIXOSS, to celebrate its 10th anniversary.

PV is produced by JCSTAFF with Yukie Hiyamizu (select removed co-animator WIXOSS, accessories designer Toradora) as character designer and co-storyboard artist, director and lead animator. Sharing the latter three roles with Hiyamizu is Shigeki Kimoto (picker canceled WIXOSS's main animation director, Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? character designer).

WIXOSS is a multimedia hybrid project that includes a magnetic trading card game Takara Anatomy. Animes in the series include the Spring 2014 Pick infected with WIXOSS, the Fall 2014 Pick that spread WIXOSS, and the 2016 Pick that destroyed the WIXOSS movie.

In the popular game WIXOSS, there are special cards called LRIGs that possess their own personality and will. Ruko is a teenage girl who just found one of these rare cards. Now she can use her LRIG to fight in a dark, strange world of existence.
