It is known that Stellar Blade is set in a fictional future, when humanity is expelled from Earth after a failed war against alien invaders named Naytiba. With the desire to defeat the invaders, humans created an elite team, in which Eve was the main character.

Eve and her team receive a mission to return to Earth to fight the forces of Naytiba. During her journey, Eve met Adam, one of the last survivors on Earth. Adam leads Eve to Xion, the last remaining human city on Earth. Eve then contacted the elder Orcal and established a relationship with the inhabitants of Xion, in order to continue her mission to save humanity and reclaim Earth.
