What happened in Black Butler -Public School Arc- Episode #1?

With Ciel playing the role of a student and Sebastian the butler, this iconic pair sets out to uncover the mystery behind Weston College

In Black Butler -Public School Arc- episode #1, Ciel Phantomhive begins his student life at Weston College. After being introduced as the school representative to a typical student council, Prefect 4 (or P4), Ciel is determined to do whatever it takes to try and bond with four elite students to gain an audience with the mysterious Headmaster., who refuses to meet regular students. Meanwhile, Sebastian, Ciel's iconic demon butler, has somehow landed himself a position as Administrator for the Sapphire Owls. Sebastian, as always, supports Ciel with whatever he needs, and gave the young earl the opportunity to sneak away and attempt to talk to members of the Purple Wolf family, but failed spectacularly..

The first episode ends by revealing exactly what Ciel and Sebastian are doing at this schoolit is revealed that Ciel was contacted by Queen Victoria about the mass disappearances on campus, most notably, one of her relatives went missing and cut off all contact with his family members. With their sights set on contacting the Headmaster of Weston College, Ciel and Sebastian have begun to put together the pieces they need to solve whatever mystery is plaguing the boarding school.
